Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a pick-up appointment?
Select the OUXI model you want and the location where you want to pick it up at the top of this page. After checkout you can indicate which days and times you prefer to pick up the fatbike. We will contact you within 24 hours (by phone or WhatsApp) to make a final appointment.
Can I make a test drive?
In Brussels it is possible to make a test drive of 15 minutes. You can then cycle around the center to see if the fatbike suits you.
For Maastricht it is not yet possible to make a test drive. Of course you can try out the fatbike when you buy it to see if everything works.
When can I pick up the OUXI?
Within 3 days after placing your order. We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable day and time. Often you can pick up the fatbike the next day.
Do you also deliver to homes?
Of course! Then go to the product page (below) of the fatbike you want to order. We will then deliver the OUXI to your doorstep for free. Both in Belgium and the Netherlands.
